I couldn’t speak highly enough about my experience with Halsey Homes, from start to finish. I was met on site by Paul when I first viewed the lot, and he gave off such a genuine and trustworthy impression that I signed up on the spot. And it was very lucky I did, as I otherwise would’ve missed out on my back lot, which I am so in love with now.
Communication was great throughout the build process. Any concerns or questions were answered quickly, and Paul even met me on site to talk through a slight change to specs to ensure it was implemented correctly. The whole team at Halsey were exceptional. I received great support from Rachel around styling and design recommendations, from colours to blinds to furniture, and Paul was incredibly communicative and accommodating.
The build quality is outstanding. As promised, they used only high quality products and finishing was to a high standard. Any minor issues were amended quickly after settlement, and they even extended that courtesy outside of the 60 day period in the S&P, which was hugely appreciated.
I maintain a strong relationship with Paul, Rachel, Dean and the Halsey team still, they have been starters at my house warming and Christmas parties, and are just good, genuine people to deal with. I recommend their other developments to friends and colleagues who are in the market, and am constantly getting good feedback from those who visit my home. Needless to say, I highly recommend Halsey Homes to all current and future buyers. Thanks team!
